+/- 24,000 sq. ft five story new science building with connecting link to Berchmans Hall. 2 teaching + 2 research biology labs, 2 teaching + 1 research chemistry labs, 2 prep labs, 2 nursing simulation/ observation labs + 1 nursing skills lab, IT classroom + electronics lab, three level 40 person seminar room , 60 person fixed seating auditorium, storage, support and mechanical spaces.
